2. LEGAL REASON FOR PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
2.1. The legal reason for the processing of your personal data is your consent given to this manager in accordance with Art. 6 ods. (1) (a) Regulation (EC) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Regulation on the protection of personal data).
3. PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
3.1. The purpose of processing your personal data is to send tax documents for the lease of the system, business announcements, and other marketing activities by the administrator to your person.
2.3 No automatic automatic decision making within the meaning of Art. 22 of the Regulation.
4. TIME OF SAVING PERSONAL DATA
4.1. The period for which your personal information will be stored by the administrator is 4 years, but the longest time until your personal data processing consent is revoked (for this purpose).

1.5 Other recipients of your personal data will be Websupport, s.r.o., Online payments Besteron (Online payments), Slovak Parcel Service, s.r.o. (courier companies), and heureka.sk
6. DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS
6.1. Under the conditions set out in the Regulation, you have the right to request from your administrator access to your personal data, the right to repair or delete your personal data, or limit their processing, the right to object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to the portability of your personal data.
2.6 You have the right at any time to withdraw consent to the processing of your personal data given to the administrator. However, this is without prejudice to the lawfulness of processing your personal data before such revocation of consent. You can revoke your consent to processing your personal data by emailing email@example.com
3.6 If you believe that your personal data has been infringed or your order violated, you have, inter alia, the right to file a complaint with the Supervisory Authority.
4.6 You are not required to provide personal information. The provision of your personal data is not a statutory or contractual requirement nor is it a requirement that is required to conclude the contract.
